Business stationery

Business cards Standard (85mm x 55mm) or custom sizes; typically on quality 300gsm smooth white board. Other weights, finishes and colours available. Bespoke designs e.g. folded “double cards” or different shapes possible (ask for a sample). Printed one or two sided.

We only do ‘premium’ cards as standard unlike some suppliers, but you don’t pay more – remember your business card is the first piece of marketing that you hand to a new client, so make sure it makes a good first impression and a lasting one!



Letterheads (& Continuation sheets) Typical size is A4 (297mm x 210mm). Standard papers available in the range 70gsm to 120gsm. Many other colours and finishes available. Printed one or two sided. Compliment slips Typical size is ‘one third A4’ (99mm x 210mm) to fit DL envelopes. Standard papers available in the range 70gsm to 120gsm. Many other sizes, colours and finishes available – different formats for different needs! Printed one or two sided. Compliment slips are still commonly used in the workplace as an ideal way of sending brief messages to clients and/or identifying items that are posted. They are an inexpensive way of extending the branding of your company image still further. They can also be used in small quantities as a mailshot that can be overprinted by your office laser printer (although always consider the alternative short run specially designed flyer!).

Postcards Typical size is A6 (148.5mm x 105mm) to fit C6 envelopes. Standard boards available in the range 200gsm to 350gsm. Many other sizes, colours and finishes available – different formats for different needs! Printed one or two sided. Post or Note cards have many uses, and have become popular as a means of advertising in shops, bars and supermarkets. They can be used as a way of sending brief messages to clients, recording details of an appointment or another method of marketing your services. Having your details in the public arena extends your company image to the widest possible audience. The heavier weight stock means they have a more quality feel, something potential clients recognise as they receive them.

Estimates/devis & Invoice/factures (& Receipts) Typical sizes are either A4 (297mm x 210mm) or A5 (210mm x 148.5mm). Standard papers available in the range 70gsm to 120gsm. Many other sizes, colours and finishes available. Multi part sets on multi colour NCR (see below) also possible. Printed one or two sided. Having professionally designed and printed estimates and invoices shows that you're professional, organised and legal. They can be designed and printed either for overprinting on your office printer or for circumstances where you need to produce copies ‘on the fly’ you can have NCR sets that allow you to hand write details for a quick solution.

NCR stationery/business form sets Carbonless stationery is still common in France, especially in a rural economy where business if often conducted ‘out of office’. We can design and print NCR business form sets on premium 90gsm NCR stock and give you the option of having those sets either loose or in pad form. All sizes available depending upon document type. White, blue, green, pink and yellow shades available. 3 part sets typical but various combinations possible depending upon needs.
